Hello, I am Santa George Martin from North Smithfield, Rhode Island. I have been wearing the red suit since 1969 when my older brother asked me to be Santa for his boys. I was Santa for family and friends from that point on and married Mrs. Claus in 1976 when she made me a custom suit that lasted me for a good many years. She got involved as Rudolph in a costume with a paper Mache head and antlers until our daughter was born in 1983. Mrs. Claus (Larraine) ended her Rudolph career to raise our daughter Tiffani and has appeared as Mrs. Claus begining again in 2003.

I, on the other hand, never stopped becoming Santa for family and friends and was once stopped in a local Mall and asked to relieve their Santa for an hour as he had not had a break. I agreed and 4 hours later I was still in the chair and enjoying every second of it. I have become a real bearded Santa In 2002 and have since gotten involved with a lot of charity work as well as corporate accounts and Bass Pro Shops the last few Seasons. I am the official Santa for the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council "Polar Express" Train rides and the official Hospice Santa for the Visiting Nurses Association of Rhode Island. I am a proud member of Santa-America and am also a founding member of ClausNET. I am also involved with a local Community Theatre group and direct as well as act. My goal as Santa is to be the best possible Santa that I can be and to bring the true spirit of Christmas to everyone I can. Salut et joyeux Noël! - Greetings and Merry Christmas!

My name is Robert Callet and I have been Père Noël (the French Father Christmas) for the past 8 years.

I chose the traditional European Father Christmas rather than the better known Santa Claus because at the time I did not have totally white hair nor the associated “shape” for the Red Suit and I wanted become a Santa but wanted to keep my appearance as natural as possible without resorting to padding or hair coloring. Père Noël also fit with my French heritage. However, now with my snow- white beard, children have no problem identifying me as Santa! I stay in persona year ‘round.

There are a number of Santas in the Las Vegas area, but it appears that I am one of the only ones keeping with the traditional European Father Christmas style of dress. I began my “Santa career” when I volunteered to serve as the strolling Père Noël at the French-themed Paris Hotel and Casino when it first opened. I performed there for 5 seasons as part of the Hotel’s cast of strolling entertainers and received many valuable insights on being a Santa photographed by thousands of visitors. My costume was designed and made in Las Vegas, but many French guests at the hotel told me that I had the real look of the Père Noëls that they knew from home. 

All of my seasonal appearances now are for non-profit groups, private and public schools and churches. I use Gospel Magic to illustrate the True meaning of Christmas for the church groups and have been a member of The Fellowship of Christian Magicians for a number of years. I also use other Christmas magic illustrations in my appearances and maintain membership in SAM (the Society of American Magicians.) The Père Noël persona allows me to continue celebration of the Special Season for a longer period of time. In Europe, celebrations generally start on December 6 – St. Nicholas Day and continue until January 6 – the Epiphany
(Three Kings Day.)

Christmas has always been a magical, special time for me. I worked for many years with The Salvation Army, known in part for its work at Christmas. I now work for the Clark County, Nevada Department of Family Services. The Department operates facilities for abused and neglected children. I have been their “in-house Santa” since beginning work there.

I am currently a member of A.O.R.B S., The National Beard Registry (#840), Santas Across the Globe, The National Santa Claus Registry and now The Royal Order of Santa Claus.

Claushimself is a 38 year veteran of the red suit.  A.K.A. J. Paul Raines, he is currently an adviser to Santa America, the owner of Santa Claus and Company, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona, a member of SATG, former member and Regional Director of the Rocky Mtn States, making him a member of the  board of directors for the once affluent AORBS group.

He also started the University of the North Pole, teaching the history of St. Nicholas and how to be the best of the best entertaining Santa.  Raines loves working with needy children and volunteers for many charitable organizations such as Make-A-Wish, Maricopa County Hospital, Cystic Fibrosis, St. Joseph Hospital, and his own Kids and Claus toy drive.

He has appeared in publications in 6 states, as well as the cover of the Costco Magazine and has done several commercials in more than 10 states.

Raines has close ties with the FORBSantas, and the Society of Santas in Colorado, but currently is not a member of any Santa Groups other than his own company.  His customer base in Phoenix reads like the whose who of Arizona, including customers such as the Phoenix Suns, the Phoenician Resort, the Ritz Carlton, the Dial Corporation, the Fairmont Scottsale, the Scottsdale Plaza Resort, the Scottsdale Chaparrel Resorts, the Diamond Resorts, Merrill Lynch, and many others.  Raines has been a real bearded Santa since 1979.  He takes great pride in be a part of Servants of Santa and other Christian Santa affiliations

Hi, my name is Cliff Snider, but I first took on the name of "Santa Claus" in 1962 when I was 15 years old.  The members of my church youth group selected me to wear the red suit and an artificial wig and beard because I was the fattest boy in the class.  Little did they, or I, know that God was giving me a mission for my life.

I continued to "play Santa Claus" all through my high school and college years and on into my adult working and family life.  Then, in 1995, through the urging of a friend, I had another life-changing experience.  I read a book titled "The Artist's Way - A Spiritual Guide to Discovering Your Own Creativity" by Julia Cameron.  Through the reading of this book and following the steps it outlined, I decided that rather than "playing Santa Claus," I would become Santa Claus.

As a result, I have pursued every way possible to be the most
realistic Santa Claus anyone can find.  I have attended the Charles W. Howard Santa Claus School in Midland, MI, which was founded in 1937.  I have also received my "Bachelor of Santa Claus, BSC" degree and my "Master of Santa Claus, MSC" from the International University of Santa Claus.  I am a
naturally bearded Santa with a complete wardrobe of my own designs of costumes and accessories.

As Santa Claus, it is my desire to represent God's love at
Christmas, by sharing the True Reason for the Season, the birth of Jesus Christ.  To me, the red of my Santa suit represents the blood that Christ shed on the cross for my sins, and the white fur represents the cleansing of my sins through believing in Him. That is the message this Santa wants to share with the world.

In "my other life," I am a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS degree in Printing Management.  During my career as a sales and marketing executive I have guided hundreds of artists in the production and marketing of their artwork into limited-edition reproductions.

This marketing relationship with artists has led to the creation of a personal line of art reproductions of Santa Claus that I have modeled for. Hello! My name is Santa Walt Booth and I am from Delafield Wisconsin. I have played the role of SANTA for 15 years. You may have seen me on TV as I have been in commercials for the Country Inn in Pewaukee. I am available for parties large and small, banquets of all sizes. My favorite is the home visit just to see the look on the children's faces when SANTA comes to their home. Mrs. Santa is often available to join me. I first started playing Santa in 1990 at my Masonic Lodge for their Christmas party. My name is Santa Randy Gabrelcik.  I take great pride in being a Santa and remain in character throughout the entire year, not just for 6-8 weeks in winter.  I capture the attention of children of all ages year round in many locations.  This year I attended the Marines Graduation Ceremony of my nephew in San Diego, CA where I was well received by many generals and sergeants who said I wore the most authentic outfit ever worn to a graduation ceremony at the Marine base.

I was asked to take pictures with several Marines.  I visited the San Diego Zoo while in California and was asked to pose in several photos with familys.

My wife has provided me with a very unique wardrobe which revolves around the colors of red and green.  In the summer, you will find me in red and green shorts and shirts to include red and green Nike tennis shoes.  I also have jogging suites to include the same colors as well as dress up sports coats, shirts, and slacks with more formal red leather dress shoes.  I have a "summer Santa suit" for special visits that might be needed in the off winter season.This summer, I led the "Kiddie Parade" at the Incredible Festival in Mound, MN.  I am also scheduled to be in the 4th of July Parade in Delano, MN next year  This is the largest 4th of July Parade in Minnesota.
 
My "unique specialty" is ging to homes to do "Naughty or Nice Checks" where I bring an authentic wooden book with the names of the children in that I have been hired to visit.   I peek into the front window and the excitement begins.  I am invited into the house for a 15 to 30 minute visit to see how the children have been behaving.  This provides wonderful photo opportunities in their homes where children can be dressed in their PJ's or Sunday Best.  Parents have as much fun as the children on these visits.
